Borders: Lancaster Avenue,
37th Street, Powelton Avenue.
and 36th Street.

An almost triangular shaped, with a full block of retail on Lancaster Avenue, the block of Victorian twins on 36th wrap around the eastern part of Powelton. which has a strip of shallow-porched rows on the western end. The single story factory building midblock leaves plenty of skyline to observe the new high rise buildings to the south at the former site of University City High School.  Sometimes these  towers almost look like they are eating the houses.
